What if the customer's address was wrong?

We all know mistakes happen, but don't worry we got your back. There are 3 scenarios:

  • You have entered your return address and the package will be returned to you. We recommend this method. In this case, you can reach out to the customer, correct the address and ship it out again.
  • The package has not been returned to the sender (us), in this case, you can process a claim and place another order.
  • If the package is returned to us, we can reship your order, however, you will need to cover the additional shipping cost.

Please note, in all cases having correct customers/recipients' addresses is solely your responsibility as the reseller, we will do our best trying to help solve the problem, but ultimately it will be your expense. So please make sure you have the correct information.
