What happens if package tracking says it has been delivered, but the customer claims he did not receive it?

If packaged tracking show an item has been delivered, unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it and you will have to resolve this issue with your customer.

There may be a case where a package has been delivered and left in remote location, in this event we would strongly advise you to contact shipping company and get an update on package delivery details.

Finally, if package cannot be located you will need to place additional order.
