Podbase Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1 UAB Podbase ("Company") provides a limited warranty for phone cases and other tech accessory products ("Product") sold through its website, Print on-demand: Dropshipping & Warehouse services | Podbase , ("Website"). This limited warranty is valid for a period of 12 months ("Warranty Term") from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Customer").

2. Warranty Scope

2.1 The warranty covers manufacturing faults that may arise during the normal use of the Product. These manufacturing faults include, but are not limited to:

• (i) Fade of print or design
• (ii) Defective or faulty materials
• (iii) Delamination or peeling of the printed surface

3.Warranty Exclusions

The warranty explicitly excludes the following:

• (i) Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling of the Product.
• (ii) Natural wear and tear of the Product over time.
• (iii) Damages caused by improper installation or removal of the Product.
• (iv) Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures or environmental conditions.
• (v) Any modifications or alterations made to the Product by the Customer or any third party.
• (vi) Damages incurred during shipping or transit.

4. European Union Consumer Rights Coverage

In addition to the rights provided under this warranty, Customers located in the European Union (EU) are also entitled to certain rights under EU consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive (1999/44/EC). These rights are not affected or limited by this warranty.

5. Products Produced on Demand - No Right of Withdrawal

Please note that all UAB Podbase products are produced on demand, meaning each product is custom-made for the Customer based on their individual order. Due to the personalized nature of the products, Customers located in the European Union do not have the right of withdrawal (commonly known as the "right to return") under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) when ordering from UAB Podbase.

6. Submitting a Warranty Claim

In the event of a manufacturing fault as defined in section 2 above, the Customer must follow these steps to submit a warranty claim:

• a) Contact UAB Podbase Customer Support: The Customer must contact UAB Podbase's Customer Support within the Warranty Term and provide details of the issue along with proof of purchase.
• b) Evaluation: Upon receiving a warranty claim, UAB Podbase will assess whether the issue falls within the warranty coverage. The customer must provide photographic or video evidence of the defect when submitting the warranty claim.
• c) Resolution: If the claim is deemed valid under the terms of this warranty, UAB Podbase will, at its sole discretion, either:

Provide a replacement Product of equal or similar value; or

Offer a refund for the purchase price of the Product.

7. Return Process

Since all UAB Podbase products are produced on demand and personalized for each Customer, returns are generally not accepted except in cases where a valid warranty claim has been approved.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UAB Podbase's liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product. Under no circumstances shall UAB Podbase be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lithuania.

10. Modification of Terms

UAB Podbase reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of purchase shall apply to the Customer's warranty coverage.

By making a purchase on the UAB Podbase Website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this warranty term sheet and agree to its terms and conditions.

11. Non-Transferability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product.
